Rapid Prototyping

Rapid Prototyping

Rapid prototyping is the process of taking an idea from a concept to a physical sample of that concept.

This is a critical step in proofing and testing a design before moving to mass production.  Accurate and fast prototypes are critical in allowing products to be launched into the market quickly and ensure that the packaging will perform and look as intended.

Prototypes are offered in a variety of materials which include plastic, paper, clay, aluminum, as well as several others. They can be made by hand or with sophisticated CNC machines. We can develop and create these prototypes in a matter of days which saves valuable time and cost. In todays market, the ability to rapid prototype is not a luxury but a requirement for successful packaging launches.
